I made my friend stand as another friend flung a backpack across the shot. I thought it was just funny, but looking at the photo later It ended up being really surreal and more than just a joke. I enjoy the emotion in this piece! The depth is interesting as well. If you look, the background is slightly crooked and somewhat has a doppler effect. I decided to make it a black and white, to focus your eyes on the shapes and my friends expression.
